Developing effective marketing processes and discipline

Through the course of his career, Phil has been fortunate to be exposed to great techniques and marketing processes whilst working within the Nestle and General Mills businesses. Phil’s last role allowed him to lead and shape the thinking of the marketing approach and disciplines within the UK’s largest privately owned brewery – Charles Wells.

Phil totally overhauled the approach putting in place a set of marketing processes which enhanced the commercial delivery whilst allowing the business to exploit its more nimble and flexible infrastructure. The resulting thinking and outputs gave the sales team’s clear direction and prioritisation as well as sight of plans earlier and brought to life in a more inspiring manner so they could be flexed to suit individual channel and customer requirements.
